I am always happy to establish new research collaborations, help students find a suitable project, or simply discuss science! I also look forward to getting involved in projects entailing new study systems and species or novel approaches of my research interests. Contact me to share your ideas!

I am currently taking part on the following research lines and collaborative projects:

- Using biophysical models to unravel wide-scale patterns of glucocorticoid variation (with Dr. Juan G. Rubalcaba, Complutense University, Madrid)

-Investigating the association between glucocorticoids and metabolic rates (with Prof. Simon Verhulst, University of Groningen, The Netherlands)

- Effects of developmental and adult environment on plumage coloration in the zebra finch (with Dr. Bibiana Montoya, University of Tlaxcala, Mexico; Prof. Simon Verhulst, University of Groningen, The Netherlands; Dr. Lorenzo Pérez-Rodríguez, University of Castilla la Mancha, Spain)
